I once took a mandatory online personality test, as part of a horrible Human Resources job I was doing at the time.
The shoddy thinking behind this bright idea was that we, the Senior Management Team, would understand each-other that much better if we all took the same personality test. Then we’d be given access to everybody else’s profiles, and communication would be rosy forever after.
